At the Corallo Hotel Restaurant, every dish tells a story of gastronomic wisdom and love of cooking. The Corallo combines Abruzzese tradition, flexible formulas and attention to the needs of each guest. Here you can enjoy typical dishes, fish specialities and delicious vegetable buffets.

The day begins with a abundant and varied breakfast served in our garden near the swimming pool and a few steps from the beach. Here you can enjoy homemade sweets, fragrant croissants, homemade jams, yoghurt, fresh juices. For those who prefer savoury, cold meats, cheeses and eggs. And of course all the coffee you need to get off to a great start.

Lunch and dinner, our menu offers meat and fish dishes, cooked with fresh, seasonal ingredients and a rich buffet of fresh vegetables, fruit and homemade desserts. Every week, our chefs celebrate local flavours with a typical abruzzese dinner, and every fortnight we organise special events combining gastronomy and entertainment. Every evening, in the comfort of your lounger, you can have your aperitif on our private beach. Thanks to two collaborations with restaurants that we like best, we make available to the guests who want to go out for dinner a chance... delicious!
